Our
Solution

the brief

The goal was to increase CÎROC's brand presence at the cultural event, Notting Hill Carnival, by setting up a fully branded bar and viewing terrace at Island Records Stage in Powis Square. The bar served bespoke cocktails featuring CÎROC Vodka Passion, which celebrated the rich history of Caribbean culture. The objective was to immerse guests in the CÎROC brand experience, while simultaneously paying homage to the vibrant Caribbean culture.

the Goal

The project presented several challenges that needed to be addressed. These included developing and executing a comprehensive social media plan that effectively engaged consumers before, during, and after the event. The team needed to acquire authentic, non-staged content gathered in real-life to increase long-term usage and engagement. It was also crucial to invite influencers and press that aligned with the event to broaden reach and increase visibility.

Another challenge was designing a visually stunning bar that could capture the attention of the vast crowds amidst the busy event, which covered a wide expanse of London. The team had to ensure that the bar was visually attractive and able to captivate the attention of the event-goers while providing a premium experience that aligned with the brand's image.

the Solution

Katlist successfully created a fully branded bar and viewing terrace at Island Records Stage in Powis Square for the Notting Hill Carnival. Additionally, the team delivered CÎROC's best-performing reel, which garnered an impressive 35,071 plays and 1,860 engagements.

To extend the reach and visibility, Katlist invited over 30 influencers, including Vogue Editor, Edward Enninful, Jordan Hames, and Ella Eyre, who were also featured in CÎROC's content. This helped to increase the brand's reach and visibility among the target audience. The team also captured lifestyle content for the LTO, further enhancing the social plans and the campaign's overall impact.

Overall, Katlist's efforts helped to establish CÎROC's presence at the Notting Hill Carnival and deliver a successful campaign that resonated well with the target audience. The team's strategic partnerships, bespoke cocktails, and influencer collaborations all contributed to the campaign's success.
